Japan Meeting of Furries (JMoF) is a multi-day kemono and furry convention that welcomes attendees from Japan and overseas. Its 2026 edition drew 2,524 attendees. In 2027, JMoF moves from Toyohashi to Aichi Sky Expo in Tokoname.
JMoF 2027 runs January 8-10 at Aichi Sky Expo. Advance registration is available through the official ConCat registration page, and the published adult all-days member rate is ¥18,000. The convention also publishes its current travel information and hotel details.
JMoF brings together people interested in kemono and furry culture for several days of art, fursuits, music, drama, performance, and literature. Its program invites attendees to join existing activities or host their own.

Advance registration runs from 12 September to 8 November 2026 through the convention account system, ConCat, and CAPTAIN closes as soon as its 100 places are gone. Single-day membership is the exception to all of that: it is sold only on the day. Registration is separate from the hotel, which the convention does not book for you.
Aichi Sky Expo is a five-minute walk from Chubu Centrair International Airport. The venue says the fastest Meitetsu μ-SKY train from Meitetsu Nagoya Station to Central Japan International Airport Station takes about 28 minutes; a reserved-seat ticket is required in addition to the regular fare. JMoF 2027's official hotel is Toyoko Inn Chubu International Airport No. 2, about 700 metres from Aichi Sky Expo. Hotel reservations are separate from convention registration and are made directly with the hotel; check the official room-reservation page for the current booking window and terms.

The 2026 convention drew 2,524 participants and raised ¥5,229,650 for Toyohashi Zoo & Botanical Park (Nonhoi Park). Designer Kenji Watanabe was the Guest of Honor.
The 2025 edition drew 2,417 attendees to Toyohashi. The convention raised 3,912,300 JPY for local conservation efforts, with featured guests including voice actor Kappei Yamaguchi and the Furscience research team.

2027 CAPTAIN: ¥110,000, first 100, first-come
JMoF 2027's CAPTAIN participation tier costs ¥110,000 and is limited to the first 100 registrants on a first-come basis. It includes all-days attendance, exclusive goods, priority access to the Dealer's Den, a fursuiter-only changing room, priority position in the group photo, the FLIGHT OF DREAMS event, and early hotel reservation rights for eligible registrations.
Twelve years, one charity: ¥21M for Nonhoi Park
Every JMoF from 2015 onward has donated its charity raise to Nonhoi Park (豊橋総合動植物公園), Toyohashi''s municipal zoo. The 2026 raise of ¥5,229,650 was the strongest single year, and cumulative donations across thirteen documented editions exceed ¥21 million (roughly US$140,000). The zoo''s then-director, Saito Fujio (齋藤富士雄), is listed as a special guest on JMoF''s own history page for the 2015 and 2016 editions.
VR JMoF became an independent convention in 2021
VR JMoF began as a JMoF 2020 program and has been held as an independent annual convention since 2021. Its 2027 edition is listed on VRChat, Resonite, and at the JMoF venue, held simultaneously online and in person.
