3 quirks & policies that don't fit the highlights grid.
NT$ 19,450 Honor Sponsor: YCH LED badge + hotel-priority reservation
Infurnity's 2026 registration ladder runs six steps: walk-in 1-day at NT$ 900, walk-in 3-day at NT$ 1,900, pre-reg Attendee at NT$ 1,500, Sponsor at NT$ 3,000, Super Sponsor at NT$ 5,800, and Honor Sponsor at NT$ 19,450. The structural mechanic is the material-craft upgrade ladder, Attendee gets a Con badge, Kraft supply bag, and Con T-shirt; Sponsor adds a metal pin, sponsor lanyard, badge reel, fursuit photo booth priority, and early entry to the Dealers Den and stage events; Super Sponsor adds an L-sized badge with avatar print; and Honor Sponsor layers a YCH LED badge, point-collection activity gift, gift-box wrapping, and priority reservation for a hotel room at the resort venue. The 2025 Honor tier was NT$ 16,800, the 2026 jump to NT$ 19,450 (+15.8%) signals a genuinely capped premium rather than a placeholder. Walk-in 3-day registrants pay NT$ 400 more than pre-reg Attendees AND lose the Kraft bag and T-shirt, a feature-loss walk-in penalty.
Resort-as-con: Lihpao Land, petting farm, changing room as reg add-ons
Most cons treat off-site attractions as "things to do nearby" body copy. Infurnity treats the Lihpao Resort and Lihpao Land amusement park next door as one purchase surface, its Additional Options block on the registration page sells Lihpao Land theme-park tickets from NT$ 600, single entry to the on-resort Happy Melody Petfarm at NT$ 240, and the Fursuit Changing Room rental at NT$ 100 as line items alongside the tier ladder. The Sky Dream Ferris Wheel, outdoor swimming pool, La Fontaine SPA, and resort go-kart circuit sit within walking distance of the hotel lobby and function as extensions of the convention space. The signal is that the resort and the con are sold together at the registration step, not pitched as optional excursions.
Charity Lottery: NT$ 7,250 → NT$ 961,500 across ten editions
Infurnity's signature fundraising format is a Charity Lottery rather than the live charity auction most Western conventions run, a regional Taiwan/Japan civic-fundraising mechanism applied to a furry con. The structural signal is the published per-edition donation ladder: donations grew from NT$ 7,250 raised at the 2015 debut to NT$ 961,500 raised at the 2025 10th anniversary edition, a 132× expansion across ten editions. The 2025 beneficiary was the Raptor Research Group of Taiwan (a raptor and bear conservation organisation). Few peer Asian cons have a decade of comparable charity history, and most cons of any scale do not publish a per-edition charity total trajectory at all.
