The convention names Congonhas Airport (CGH) in São Paulo as its recommended arrival point for the 2027 edition, and says you can reach Embu-Guaçu from there by ride-hailing app, private car or public transport. São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) is the larger international gateway if you are flying in from outside Brazil, but it sits on the far side of the metropolitan area.
Furcamp also plans to run an optional transfer service by bus or van, with prices and pickup details announced ahead of the event on the official Telegram group and by email. There is no direct public transit to the campground gate, so a coordinated group ride is the usual approach; check the Furcamp Telegram group for carpools.

This is a camping convention, and accommodation is bundled into the ticket rather than booked separately. The 2027 venue is Acampamento Aruanã, which the convention describes as carrying its own accommodation, meals and activity infrastructure. Rooms are not picked at purchase: selection opens in mid-December through Furcamp's Room Release System, in ticket-tier order, with higher tiers choosing first.
Bring your own sheet, blanket and pillow, or rent a bedding kit on site. The campsite has 100 kits available and prices are announced in advance, so request one early if you want one. Five meals a day are included and the site runs its own kitchen; tell the organisers about dietary restrictions ahead of time.

Acampamento Terra do Saber, the 2026 venue, is normally an evangelical Christian retreat camp founded in 2001, with capacity for 190 overnight guests and 1,000 daytime visitors.
