Brasil FurFest (BFF) is the largest furry convention in South America, originally founded in Santos in 2016 as Brazil's first hotel-based furry event. Now held at the Hotel Nacional Inn Jaragua in Sao Paulo, it drew 1,356 attendees in 2025 and raised over R$38,000 for SOS Vida Pet Litoral.
To accommodate its continued growth past 1,300+ attendees, the convention relocated to Sao Paulo. This venue change improves access for international travelers via major airports like GRU and CGH.
For its July 17-19, 2026 edition, BFF adopts the "Ain't No Time, Bro!" theme. The convention has a strong charitable track record, routinely raising over R$30,000 per year for local animal rescues like SOS Vida Pet Litoral.
Brasil FurFest 2025 marked its move to Sao Paulo, drawing 1,356 attendees. The convention raised R$ 38,262 for SOS Vida Pet Litoral and featured artist Aurora Bloom as Guest of Honor.
