Brasil FurFest 2026 ran July 17-19 at Premium Hotel Campinas under the theme "Ain't No Time, Bro!". The convention's official post-con letter reported 1,512 attendees and R$75,000 raised for charity, without naming the beneficiary.
Brasil FurFest 2025 marked its move to Sao Paulo, drawing 1,356 attendees. The convention raised R$ 38,262 for SOS Vida Pet Litoral and featured artist Aurora Bloom as Guest of Honor.

AAAAA, the parent non-profit and 10-year origin story
Brasil FurFest is organised by the Associação dos Artistas e Apreciadores das Artes Antropomórficas (AAAAA), a Brazilian non-profit (CNPJ 49.037.057/0001-54). The convention launched in 2016 after the founding team spent two years running Furboliche, a furry bowling meetup, as practice for organising a hotel convention under the working name "Confursão."
The Sleep Inn Paulínia overflow shuttle
With the Premium Hotel main block sold out for 2026, BFF has contracted Sleep Inn Paulínia (a neighbouring town) as the official overflow and runs free shuttle vans every 20 minutes on event days July 17-19 between the two hotels.
SOS Vida Pet Litoral and the Social Entry pet-food ticket
Brasil FurFest has partnered annually since 2016 with SOS Vida Pet Litoral, a citizen-run street-animal shelter network in the Baixada Santista coastal region of São Paulo state.
