The nearest airport is Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE), commonly known as Ezeiza, located about 35 km south of Buenos Aires. From the airport, taxis and the Tienda Leon shuttle service run directly to the Retiro district where the Sheraton is located. Buenos Aires also has an extensive Subte (metro) system; the venue in Retiro is served by Línea C at the Retiro station. International attendees from neighboring countries can also reach Buenos Aires by bus from Montevideo, Santiago, or São Paulo.
The convention is held at the Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center in the Retiro neighborhood, directly facing the San Martín park. The Sheraton is both the venue and the primary accommodation. Booking through the convention's room block is recommended. The surrounding Retiro area also has a range of hotels and hostels at various price points, all within walking distance of the venue.

Argentina FurFiesta 2026 ran from 19 to 21 June at the Sheraton Buenos Aires under the "Anormalia" theme, an SCP Foundation style framework that recast the hotel as the fictional CCASSI containment center and attendees as its field agents. The Guests of Honor were El Michi and Velow. The weekend raised ARS 12,042,592 (USD 8,184) for the Refugio Feliz animal shelter, the convention's recurring charity partner.
Argentina FurFiesta 2025 drew 472 attendees for its unique supermarket-themed weekend. The convention raised over $6,000 for Refugio Feliz and featured Guests of Honor Chamaquense and Fox Amoore.

ArFF''s Dealers Den rulebook (Annex 1, Article 11) requires every price tag on the floor to be listed in Argentine Pesos, with no exceptions, no USD stickers, no blue-dollar conversions.
Badges carry your chosen name before your ID does
ArFF''s registration FAQ spells out a badge accommodation for attendees whose DNI (national ID) does not yet reflect their chosen name: the badge can carry the chosen first name, followed by the initials of the name on the ID, then the full legal surname.
