SAFE's five-tier ladder rotates with the theme, for 2026's Cyber Metropolis it runs EdgeRunner ($90 USD / 80,000 CLP), Fixer ($110 / 100,000), NetRunner ($130 / 125,000), Mercenary ($195 / 180,000), and CyberPsycho ($530 / 500,000), each with a parallel dual-currency SKU so domestic and international buyers check out in their own currency.
Bilingual 4-PDF policy stack including a formal complaints system at year 2
Most LatAm cons at edition 2 publish a single TOS or no formal complaints process at all. SAFE publishes four dated, downloadable policy PDFs side by side: the FAQ in Spanish and English, the full Rule Book / Reglamento in Spanish and English (dated 04-Oct-2025), a separate Dance Comp Reglamento, and a formal Sistema de Denuncias, a published complaints and reporting workflow.

The $530 USD CyberPsycho tier (capped, sold out for 2026) isn't just a premium badge, it bundles two unusually personal perks: your fursona gets folded into the convention's opening animation, and the chairmen run a separately-scheduled surprise experience with you during the weekend. It's a sponsor-tier mechanic that reads as a paid character cameo rather than a VIP lounge add-on, paired with a 20-person staff roster that publicly declares each member's species and day-job (the IT team self-describes as "responsible for the site going down" and "responsible for the site not going down").
