Prices are per person and include accommodation, full-board meals and convention activities. The organizer says rooms require at least two occupants and single-person rooms are not offered. Optional early or late nights cost 59 EUR per person per day.
The nearest airport is Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg EuroAirport (BSL/MLH), roughly 73 km from Bussang (about an hour by car). EuroAirport serves low-cost and major carriers connecting to destinations across Europe. Strasbourg Airport (SXB) is another option, located further west along the Rhine.
By train, the most practical route is via TGV to Remiremont station (SNCF), which is 32 km from Bussang. From Remiremont, SNCF regional buses connect to Bussang, followed by a short taxi ride to the Azureva vacation village. Many attendees drive, and the village has on-site parking. The Vosges mountains are accessible from the A36 motorway (from Mulhouse/Basel) or the N66 through the Moselle valley.

Anthropolis rents the entire Azureva Village Vacances de Bussang, a French village vacances (holiday-village) resort rather than a hotel block or convention centre.
