FurGroove FurWeekender is a small furry weekend away at a holiday park in Lichtenvoorde, in the Achterhoek region of the Netherlands. FurGroove, the Dutch group behind the FurGroove furdance nights in Leusden, organizes it. The first FurWeekender is for up to 60 people, and the stay, a barbecue and a cocktail evening are part of the price.
The first FurWeekender runs from Friday, November 6, 2026 at 16:00 to Sunday, November 8 at 16:00. It costs EUR 190 per person. Sign up with the FurWeekender sign-up form. In September 2026, 25 spots were open, and registration closes once all spots are taken.
This is a weekend of hanging out together, not a convention with a schedule of panels. You share a holiday park with other furs for two nights, with a pool and fitness area on site. It suits people who want a quiet group getaway rather than a party night.
Schedule and programming for 2026 is not published yet.
Headline rate on record. The full tier ladder for 2026 has not been published yet, so check the convention's own site before you budget.
≈ $ figures are approximate US dollars, rates as of 9 Oct 2026 from ExchangeRate-API open access.
FurGroove points to the holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, Boschlaan 26, 7131 RC Lichtenvoorde, run by TopParken. Arrival is from 16:00 on Friday, and the weekend ends at 16:00 on Sunday. FurGroove posts news on its Telegram channel.
