AnthroTales is a residential convention, so the room package is the main way to attend. The organizers list room types from Premium (478 EUR per person for four nights) up to Wellness (678 EUR per person for four nights) at the Van der Valk Hotel Charleroi Airport. Every room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a minibar, a safe and a coffee and tea machine, and pets are allowed. No overflow hotel has been announced for 2027 yet.

AnthroTales Events ASBL, the Walloon-French counterpart to Flüüfff
AnthroTales runs under AnthroTales Events ASBL, the Belgian/Walloon equivalent of a non-profit, based in Mons itself rather than being run remotely from Brussels. The ASBL form is French-language Belgium''s federally regulated non-profit structure, so the weekend is legally a community event and not a commercial one.

2026 overflow at B&B Mons Gare with a discount code
For the 2026 Mons edition, AnthroTales partnered with B&B Hotel Mons Gare, an overflow property 200 m from Mons SNCB station and 8 min walk from that year's Van der Valk. The discount code `ANTHRO26` knocked 15% off the nightly rate. No 2027 overflow hotel has been announced for the Charleroi Airport venue.
