Flüüfff is Belgium's flagship furry convention, built around a five-day hotel format that stays approachable without feeling tiny. After several years in Brussels, the convention relocated to Antwerp, Belgium starting with its 2026 edition. It leans hard into social programming, themed nightlife, and a city venue that makes it easy for attendees to combine convention time with exploring the host city.
The 8th edition runs November 11-15, 2026 at the Mercure Antwerp City South, marking the convention's move from Brussels to Antwerp. The 2026 theme is Retro-Arcade Style, following the 2025 Forest Fantasy edition at the Bedford Hotel & Congress Center in Brussels.
Flüüfff's current identity is a good fit for furries who want a real convention structure without a mega-con scale. The official site emphasizes dances, panels, a Dealer's Den, and the Flüüfff Finale, all wrapped in a volunteer-run nonprofit event that presents itself as cozy, welcoming, and very social.

A SUPPLEMENT on any ticket. A convention T-shirt, a conbook mention and a Builder badge. Unlimited
A supplement. Adds an exclusive sponsor shirt, a goodie bag and your name on the closing-ceremony slides. Capped at 100
A supplement. Added a personalised art piece by Ni3ls and a handwritten note from the Chairdragon
PATRON IS SOLD OUT and Architect is capped at 100, so the top of this ladder can close at any time. The last three rows are SUPPLEMENTS added to a ticket rather than replacements for one, which is why 40 appears below the 70 weekend ticket: base passes are listed first, then the sponsorships that attach to them. Sunday is deliberately not sold as a day ticket - it comes only with the weekend or all-days pass. Accommodation is entirely separate and booked per ROOM, with one person paying the full amount and finding their own roommates; arriving early or leaving late adds 229 each. Registration fees are non-refundable.

A year-by-year record of this convention
Open an edition to see the details that belong to that year.
The 7th edition ran from November 5-9, 2025 at the Bedford Hotel & Congress Center in Brussels and drew 417 confirmed attendees, the first Flüüfff to pass 400. The official homepage framed it as a lush Forest Fantasy edition and promoted a five-day mix of dances, panels, a Dealer's Den, and the Flüüfff Finale. Belgium supplied 249 of the 417, with the Netherlands, Germany and France making up most of the rest.
The Toxic Critters! edition kept Flüüfff in its Brussels venue and carried the convention forward after its 2023 postponement. It closed with 369 confirmed attendees, 208 of them fursuiters, drawn from 24 countries.

A Belgian ASBL/VZW with strict 18+ at the door
Flüüfff is run as an ASBL/VZW, Belgium''s dual French/Dutch non-profit legal form (Association Sans But Lucratif / Vereniging Zonder Winstoogmerk), and the convention is 18+ at the door with no exceptions, framed by the organisers as a legal-insurance-and-safety requirement.
DeSingel tram and a five-international-train Antwerp gateway
The Mercure Antwerp City South sits a short walk from the DeSingel tram stop, named for and adjacent to deSingel, Antwerp''s international arts campus. Tram 2 and Tram 6 drop here on a 5-minute frequency, with Antwerp Zoo, the Rubenshuis, and MAS Museum all within 3 km.
A sustained retro-arcade editorial voice across the entire site
The 2026 "PRESS START" theme isn''t just visual dressing. Every official page is rewritten in gaming language: the homepage frames the con as a "five-day co-op party" where attendees "plug in, press Start and let''s play"; the FAQ section is titled "Every great game comes with a guidebook" and tells stuck readers their "support team is always happy to find the right cheat code"; the hotel-area food list opens with "that rumble isn''t part of the soundtrack; it''s your hunger bar dropping."
