The planned 2026 edition was postponed, and the official site says the convention will return in 2027 with the "Shaken or Stirred!" spy theme. Dates for that return have not been published. The host venue remains the Hilton Garden Inn Laramie, whose college town setting gives FurEver West a spacious feel distinct from downtown urban conventions, suited for attendees looking for a quieter, scenic weekend.

These are published 2027 prices; online pre-registration has not opened and dates remain unannounced. Advance tickets cover all three days. Day passes are available at the door only, and door weekend admission costs the same as advance Sponsor admission. Online sales close one week before the convention; Super Sponsor sales close one month before.
Laramie Regional Airport (LAR) receives daily United Express (SkyWest) flights from Denver International Airport (DEN). The short flight takes about 40 minutes, and the airport is just 6 miles from the Hilton Garden Inn. For attendees looking for more flight options, Denver International Airport (DEN) is about 134 miles south, roughly a 2-hour 15-minute drive on I-25 and I-80. Cheyenne Regional Airport (CYS) is 52 miles east and has limited domestic service.
Laramie sits along I-80 and is accessible from the Colorado Front Range via I-25 north to Cheyenne, then I-80 west. The drive from Denver takes about 2.5 hours. The convention offers Attendee, Sponsor, and Super Sponsor registration tiers.
The convention is held at the Hilton Garden Inn Laramie, the primary venue and lodging option. As a college town hotel near the University of Wyoming campus, rates are generally moderate compared to major metro areas. Online pre-registration closes a full week before doors, and the Super Sponsor tier closes a month out. Walk-in registration runs $100 weekend / $60 single day, a 33% premium over the $75 pre-reg base rate.

The 2027 return leans into its James Bond spy theme by letting Super Sponsors ($150) pick a "Shaken" or "Stirred" team badge at registration. The host hotel sits just 6 miles from Laramie Regional Airport (LAR), which receives daily United Express (SkyWest) flights from Denver International on a roughly 40-minute hop. Most college-town furcons require a 1-2 hour shuttle from the nearest commercial airport, FurEver West is one of the few with a direct major-hub feeder onto the doorstep.
