Fur-Eh! returns to Edmonton from July 15 to 18, 2027 under the FURBALLS theme, back across the connected Wyndham Edmonton and Delta Hotels Edmonton South conference centres. The convention announced the dates, the theme and its guest of honour, Fox in the Bush, in the wrap it posted the day after the 2026 edition closed, and it was still naming Fox in the Bush as the 2027 guest of honour in September 2026.
Registration is not open yet. As of 12 September 2026 fureh.ca carries the 2027 dates and the line "Our web team is working on updating the site for the next convention", and no 2027 ticket prices have been published, so the tier names and rates from earlier editions are not a guide: Fur-Eh! renames its tiers every year to match the theme.
Between editions the convention runs its Christmas Party in Calgary, set for December 19, 2026 at the Delta Calgary South, with tickets at CA$25.

CoC Article 12.23: an enforceable non-disparagement clause
Fur-Eh!''s Code of Conduct includes an unusual non-disparagement clause in Article 12.23 under which attendees "expressly covenant, acknowledge and agree that they shall not, at any time before or after the convention event, engage in the making, publishing, repeating or disseminating of derogatory and/or negative written or oral statements and remarks regarding Fur-Eh!, through any medium whatsoever, including without limitation, online or through social media."
14 volunteer hours = a free base badge
Fur-Eh! pays back 14 volunteer hours with a voucher toward the following year''s base-tier registration, worth up to CA$85 when the 2026 edition priced that tier (it called it Wanderers, and it renames its tiers every year to match the theme). That is effectively a free base badge at a ~$6/hour equivalent. The mechanic is published on the convention site rather than being a verbal staff perk, and it lets attendees self-finance the next year''s con through shift work.
Ringbearers-tier lounge serves craft beer
The top Ringbearers sponsor tier (CA$460 in 2026) includes a private lounge that serves craft beers as a published tier benefit (18+ to partake). It''s an unusually explicit alcohol-at-tier mechanic, most peer cons keep beverage service to a separate cash bar rather than baking it into a sponsor product, and even fewer publish it on the registration page.
