Furwood Campout is a weekend furry campout at TRC, a campground near Granite Falls, Washington. Campers arrive on Friday afternoon, share meals and parties through Saturday, and pack up after brunch on Sunday. The most recent campout on the organizer's site was scheduled for June 5-7, 2026, and the next date has not been announced.
Furwood is a camping weekend rather than a hotel convention. You bring a tent or an RV, and the organizers plan the meals, a group picture, beach time and evening social events around the camp. Volunteers help new arrivals find their campsite.
Schedule and programming for 2027 is not published yet.

TRC is easy to miss, so the organizers put up signs on check-in day and ask you to preload your GPS. About 15 minutes before the TRC entrance the road has a washed-out section, so drive carefully. Check-in opens at 3 pm on Friday at the host hut.
You camp on site. RV campers pull into the upper lot to find their RV space, and tent campers pull into the lower lot. After checking in, unload at your campsite with one of the wheelbarrows TRC provides, then move your car to the upper lot to keep the lower lot free for arrivals. The campout is early in the season, so pack warm clothes and a setup that keeps you comfortable at night.
