The Sudstaaten Furdance is southwestern Germany's furry dance night, held annually at Zentrum Zinsholz in Ostfildern near Stuttgart. At EUR 25 including a hot dog buffet, it is one of the most affordable furdances in Germany. The event is organized by Sudstaaten Furs e.V. and is now in its ninth volume.
Doors open at 6 PM. DJs start at 7 PM and play until 2:30 AM, with the venue closing at 3 AM. The DJ lineup typically covers a wide range: party, multigenre, electronic dance, uplifting trance, and hardstyle. Six or more DJs rotate through the evening.
A hot dog buffet with vegetarian alternatives is included in the ticket price, along with a candy counter. Fursuiters have access to a dedicated lounge with free water and snacks. There is a smoke-free outdoor area for suiters who need fresh air.
