Ulmer Suitwalk

The Ulmer Suitwalk is a free fursuit walk through Ulm, organised twice a year by the local furry club Ulmer Furs e.V. Fursuiters, spotters, photographers and guests register for free, walk a short route past the Minster and along the Danube, and usually finish with a shared dinner in town. The seventh walk was set for Saturday, October 24, 2026.

What to Expect

For the autumn 2026 edition, everyone meets from 12:00 at the Vollmer Chemie office building on Neuestraße, which doubles as the changing room for fursuiters. The walk starts at 14:00 and covers about 2 km in up to two hours, with at least two breaks. The group stops for three group photos: behind the Minster, on the Danube bank and on Münsterplatz. A shorter backup route is ready in case the weather turns too warm.

The changing area holds 40 people at a time and is only for fursuiters and the supervising team. No outside food or drink is allowed in the office, but a water station is there for suiters before and after the walk. How to Get Tickets

Every role is free: fursuiter, spotter, photographer, a combined suiter and photographer role, and guest. Sign up on the Ulmer Furs registration page, which is linked from the official walk post. The autumn 2026 walk is capped at 120 people and the dinner at 80. Because the club wants at least one spotter for every four suiters, suiters can be waitlisted until enough spotters sign up. How to Get There

The autumn 2026 meeting point is Vollmer Chemie, Neuestraße 85, 89073 Ulm, in the city centre. Ulm Hauptbahnhof is a short walk away, so the train is the easiest option. For suiters arriving by car, the nearest car park is the Parkhaus am Rathaus; the organizers ask everyone else to use the Parkhaus Deutschhaus or the underground car park on Frauenstraße instead.
