Touffurs is a small furry convention near Toulouse, France, whose summer 2026 edition was held at a holiday centre by Lac de Saint-Ferréol in Revel. Run by the local Toulouse Furs community, it's a brand-new, intimate gathering with both a winter and a summer edition.
The organizers have named the next edition Touffurs Hiver 2027, the winter weekend, but they have not published its dates, venue or ticket price yet. Ticket prices are promised soon on touffurs.org, and registration stays closed until then. The first winter edition ran from late February into early March 2026, and both 2026 editions filled their capped places before the doors opened, so watch the convention's Telegram announcements channel and Bluesky for the registration opening.
Touffurs is for attendees who want something small, social, and outdoorsy. Instead of a big hotel con, it gathers a few dozen furries at a lakeside holiday centre, where the weekend mixes convention programming with paddle-boarding, mountain biking, and a barbecue by the water. The venue model can fold lodging and meals into the convention stay, keeping logistics simple. As a community-run, seasonal event, it has the relaxed, everyone-knows-everyone feel of a friends' getaway more than a conference.

By car: The venue is in Saint-Ferréol near Revel, about 50 km from Toulouse. A car is the most practical way to reach the lakeside centre.
By transit: Regional connections serve Revel from the Toulouse area; arrange the final stretch to the venue via the organizers, who coordinate through the official channels.
Lodging is part of the convention's venue model: the summer 2026 edition was held at a group-accommodation centre where attendees slept on site, so there was no separate convention hotel to book. The 2027 winter venue, and how lodging works there, has not been published yet.

The summer edition, the convention's second, ran September 4-6, 2026 at Relais des 4 Vents, a group-accommodation centre in Saint-Ferréol that faces Lac de Saint-Ferréol, about a five-minute walk from the water. The organizers raised its capacity to 65 places and announced it full on August 1, 2026, five weeks before the doors opened, and registration closed that night at 23:59. An earlier official information page listed a €140 all-inclusive fee covering access, lodging and meals.
The convention's first edition, Touffurs Hiver 2026, ran February 27 to March 1, 2026 at Domaine de la Vallée Blanche. The organizers capped it at 35 places and filled them, announcing a week beforehand that they were welcoming 35 furs; they never published a final headcount. The September con is the second edition.
