Furlingame 2027 runs March 26-28, 2027 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, back at the same hotel as the inaugural edition. The theme is Ruby's Tropical Adventure, after the convention's tiger mascot, and the Guest of Honor is Esky, founder of FORFUN Bangkok. Registration is open: the base three-day Tourist membership costs $75 in pre-registration until March 19, 2027, and $90 at the door.
Because the venue is an airport hotel, travelers flying into SFO can take a shuttle directly from baggage claim. Bay Area residents can also use local transit options to reach the venue.

Minors aged 13-16 get a discounted minor registration under a parent or guardian's adult pass, up to four per adult pass, and minors aged 17+ can register on their own or under a parent or guardian.

The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport offers a complimentary shuttle running between the airport terminals and the hotel, so attendees flying in can go from baggage claim to their room without renting a car or paying for a ride. Make sure you go to the Hyatt Regency at San Francisco Airport in Burlingame, not the Hyatt Regency in downtown San Francisco (a common mix-up).
BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) runs to the SFO station, connecting the venue to San Francisco, Oakland, and the broader Bay Area rail network. Caltrain commuter rail stops in Burlingame as well, useful for attendees coming from San Jose or the South Bay. 'Globetrotter', a $9,621 presidential-suite top tier
Furlingame's top membership tier for 2027 is Globetrotter, sold in pre-registration only at $9,621. The perk is concrete rather than symbolic: four nights in the top-floor Presidential Suite at the Hyatt Regency SFO (March 25-29), a metal badge with custom YCH art of your character, four tickets to Ruby's Ice Cream Social, and a complimentary Furst Class pass for a companion. Two more tiers bundle a hotel stay: Elite Member ($1,621, a four-night Corner King room) and Furst Class ($3,621, a four-night business suite on the party floor). The tier names keep the airline theme: Day Trip, Tourist, Adventurer, Frequent Flyer, Elite Member, Furst Class and Globetrotter.
"FLARE staff", undefined incident-response acronym
The Code of Conduct tells attendees to report a violation to any member of Furlingame staff or "FLARE staff", but the acronym is not expanded anywhere on the site as of October 2026. Most peer cons use "Safety," "Operations," or a named lead, so if you are unsure who FLARE is at the con, any Furlingame staff member can take the report.
Minors attend with a parent or guardian
Furlingame's registration FAQ offers a discounted minor registration for ages 13-16 under a parent or guardian's adult pass, up to four minors per pass, and lets 17-year-olds register on their own. It also says all minors aged 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the con. The code of conduct describes Furlingame as a 16+ convention where anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, so ask [email protected] before you plan to bring anyone under 16.
