FurSquared (F²) is a furry convention held at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The 2026 "RenFur²" edition drew 2,795 attendees and raised $32,500 for the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha (HAWS). The convention is known for its participatory themes and strong charity auction culture.
The next FurSquared is confirmed for February 4-7, 2027 at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center under the "F2K" theme, a Y2K-flavored callback that follows 2026's Renaissance Faire format. FurSquared leans into Wisconsin's "cheesy" culture, using community participation to drive strong charity numbers. Dedicated to the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha (HAWS), the convention raised $32,500 in 2026 through themed "Royal Decree" charity auctions, the highest single-year total in the convention's history.

The recorded figures are the PRE-REGISTRATION rates, which are the ones a reader can buy now; each tier costs 13 to 50 dollars more at the door. The portal shows a live remaining count on Sponsor, so that tier can close without notice - unusually, this is a cap on a middle rung rather than on the top one. Registration is open well ahead of the convention while the Dealers Den, panel, DJ and Artist Alley applications are all still shut.
The nearest airport is General Mitchell International Airport (MKE), about 10 miles south of downtown Milwaukee with nonstop flights from most major US cities. Chicago O'Hare (ORD) is an alternative roughly 90 minutes south. From MKE, the MCTS Green Line bus runs to downtown, and rideshares take about 15 minutes. The Amtrak Hiawatha service connects Milwaukee to Chicago Union Station seven times daily, making MKE stops just a few miles from the venue. Drivers arriving via I-94 or I-43 can reach the Hilton in Milwaukee's downtown district.
The convention is held at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, a 1920s Art Deco landmark at 509 W. Wisconsin Avenue. Convention-rate rooms are available through the event's booking block. The Hilton's central location puts attendees within walking distance of the Milwaukee RiverWalk, the Third Ward dining district, and the Milwaukee Public Market.

FurSquared 2026 ran February 5-8 at the Art Deco Hilton Milwaukee City Center under a Renaissance Faire theme. Attendees were encouraged to participate in the motif, donning tunics and armor for a weekend of court jesting, "tournament lists," and feast-style dining. The convention reported 2,795 attendees and raised $32,500 for the Humane Animal Welfare Society, a single-year record. Little Alpha Pup headlined as Guest of Honor.
FurSquared 2025 drew 2,128 attendees to Milwaukee for its gothic masquerade theme. The convention raised $24,454 for the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS) and featured Guests of Honor Lilia Roo and MAJIC Records.

A two-building downtown Milwaukee footprint
FurSquared spans two downtown Milwaukee buildings for its 2025 and 2026 editions (confirmed via Visit Milwaukee volunteer listings): the Hilton Milwaukee City Center (the 1928 Schroeder Hotel, on the National Register of Historic Places) AND the Baird Center South Building (the S200s convention rooms across the street).
No fursuit parade by design, Furwaukee runs the downtown furwalk instead
FurSquared does not host a fursuit parade, which is unusual at the 2,700-attendee scale. The local Furwaukee group runs a separate downtown Milwaukee furwalk that fills that role for the scene, so the con leans into other set-pieces (Royal Revelry knighting ceremony, charity auctions) without duplicating the community walk.
2018 HAWS plaque, cumulative giving past $110,000 by 2020
Parent org Two Ferrets Co. is a 501(c)(3) dba FurSquared. By the 2020 closing ceremonies cumulative HAWS donations had passed $110,000, and in 2018 HAWS dedicated a plaque thanking FurSquared for "5 Years of Dedication and Service." 2026's $32,500 single-year total was the convention's all-time high.
