Dignity Support Services: braille conbooks and a named accessibility team

IndyFurCon runs Dignity Support Services as a dedicated department with a published service catalog: Priority Badge Pickup, Seating Priority on key panels, Line Priority via either direct access or a "Time Return Pass", and a limited run of braille conbooks for attendees with limited vision. The 2026 team is named publicly, Team Lead Ashiera, Assistant TaylahVixen, plus members Baja, Norbert, and Kougie, with a fixed DSS desk location announced ahead of con. Publishing a named accessibility team, a fixed desk, and a tangible braille accommodation is a lot of operational detail for a con of roughly 2,400 attendees.

Night Market: adult-only pop-up vending with ID-check at the door

After the Artist Alley closes for the day, that same floor space becomes the Night Market, a PM-only 18+ vendor section. Entry rules are explicit: you present a state-issued ID or passport, and if you're in fursuit you remove the head so staff can verify the ID matches the face. That head-off ID protocol is a concrete operational pattern that distinguishes Night Market from a permanent NSFW vendor room curtained off from Dealers Den. Vendors apply the same way as Dealers Den and pick Night Market as their preferred venue on the form.

Epic EarlyBird $900 tier unlocks the hotel block early

IndyFurCon's 2026 ladder runs Attendee $95 / Sponsor $180 / Super Sponsor $320 / Epic EarlyBird $900, and the top tier's headline perk is mechanical rather than swag-based, registering Epic by March 15, 2026 unlocks early access to the main-hotel roomblock at the new Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. The convention also runs an at-con-only Attendee+ ($140) and prices minors on a three-tier age ladder, ages 13-15 pay less than 16-17 who pay less than adults at every weekend tier. Every minor under 18 must present a notarized Parental Consent form at badge pickup, no exceptions.
