The Ottawa Conference and Event Centre is located at 200 Coventry Road in the Overbrook neighborhood. OC Transpo buses serve the area, and the venue is accessible from the Tremblay O-Train station on the Confederation Line.

3 quirks & policies that don't fit the highlights grid.
A dated, tiered hotel-booking cascade by registration tier
Most cons either open all rooms simultaneously or quietly slip a top-tier block to top sponsors. CanFURence runs the release as a published, dated cascade keyed to registration tier: Benefactor attendees got room codes April 17, Patron attendees April 19, and general attendees April 24, a one-week staggered window where each tier needs their registration paid before codes go out.
A separate GoH meal at each upper tier, not just one top-tier dinner
Most cons run a single Guest-of-Honour dinner gated to the top sponsorship tier. CanFURence runs three separate GoH meals, one bundled into each upper tier: a Super Sponsor Meal, a Patron Meal, and a Benefactor Meal, three distinct meal events with the GoH per weekend rather than one.
"Zookeepers" security and Ottawa's 11 PM bylaw cited by name
Security staff are called "Zookeepers", and the Security Policy explicitly cites the City of Ottawa''s 11 PM noise bylaw as the room-party music cutoff. Naming the municipal source rather than a generic "venue policy" makes the cutoff non-negotiable rather than discretionary.
