Kemono Chaya (ケモノ茶屋) is a one-day fursuit meet in Osaka. Its organizer, ガジマル (Gajimaru), wants it to be a place where kemono fans can casually gather and spend time together.
Kemono Chaya 2 is on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at Hirano Ward Hall in Hirano, Osaka. The organizer plans about 90 places including fursuiters, with a few more if the changing rooms allow.
Reception for fursuiters and general attendees opens at 11:00. The group photo line-up starts at 15:45, and the photo is taken at 16:00. Changing rooms close at 17:30, and the hall must be clear by 18:00. There is a women's changing room.
The organizer plans a board game corner, as at the first edition, plus a sticker giveaway for attendees who meet a condition announced later, and a corner for flyers from other events. Fursuits may be worn only in the hall and on the way from the changing rooms, not outside the grounds. You must wear your entry badge at all times, and ask before touching or photographing a fursuiter. Weapons and long props are banned.
Register on the Kemono Chaya 2 TwiPla listing by pressing join and leaving a comment with your name, whether you attend in fursuit, and your gender. General and fursuit attendees both pay 3,000 yen, in cash with exact change. Bring your own neck strap for the badge holder, or pay 3,200 yen. Questions go to the @kemonocyaya account by DM.
Hirano Ward Hall is at 1-2-7 Hiranominami, Hirano-ku, Osaka 547-0031, and the meet uses the first-floor hall. From Hirano Station on the Tanimachi subway line, take exit 5 and walk about 800 metres east, roughly 10 minutes. The Osaka City Bus stop Hirano Koen-mae (Hirano Kumin Hall-mae) is right outside.
