Basingstoke Furs is a monthly furry meet in Basingstoke, Hampshire, held on the second Sunday of every month at The White Hart. Doors open at 1pm, and the meet runs until just before 6pm. On top of the monthly meets, the group throws a summer party and a winter party at the same pub.
The monthly meet is a relaxed afternoon social at the pub, with fursuiters and people out of suit both welcome. The organizers planned a walk for the sunny April 2026 meet, and before the May meet they hoped for sun so people could spend more time outside. The parties are bigger: the August 2026 summer party ran from 3pm to 11pm, starting as a regular social and switching to DJs from around 8pm.
The regular meets have no published ticket or entry fee, and there is no registration step on the official site. Join the Basingstoke Furs Telegram group, which the official site links, for meet reminders and any changes.
Parties use the group's own ticketing site. For the 2026 summer party, general admission was free, and an optional sponsor ticket let people support the group, with a small thank-you gift on the day.
Meets are held at The White Hart, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AE. The official site links the pub's map listing from its "Our Venue" button. Check the Telegram group before travelling in case a meet moves or changes time.
