IWAG 2026 ran on 4 and 5 July 2026 at the ibis Styles Serpong BSD City under its cyberpunk "Electric Dreams" theme, with Auveiss as Guest of Honor. The weekend added a Fureats maid café alongside the returning art show, dealers den, talent show, and dance night, and closed with a live art auction and closing ceremony on the Sunday afternoon. Final attendance, fursuiter, and charity figures had not been published when this page was updated.
IWAG 2025 drew 612 attendees, 171 fursuiters, and 44 volunteers for its "Return of the Wild" theme, with Kuttoyaki as Guest of Honor. The convention's published financial report recorded a small operating surplus and no charity line item, so the edition ran without a charity partner.

Five-tier sponsor ladder with a raffle-gated top
IWAG runs five tiers: Drifter (IDR 330k), Modder (660k), Cipher (990k), Overseer (2.2M, capped at 30 passes), and Architect (4.4M, only 10 passes awarded via a 4 January raffle). Overseer adds priority registration, hotel booking, and no-queue dealers-den access; Architect adds full-body art, to-your-room badge delivery, and a fursona in animated media. No day pass exists, and all five tiers were sold out by harvest. Conbook submissions close 10 May; hotel block opens 17 January at IDR 850k-1.5M per night.
Under-11s attend free and can register at the door
Children aged 10 and below attend IWAG free when accompanied by a pass-holding parent or legal guardian, and they can register on-site rather than needing an advance pass, unusual for a regional furcon where adult walk-ins themselves are rare. Ages 11-13 need a regular Event Pass but still require an accompanying adult. Ages 14-16 need both a signed consent form and a photo ID showing their birth date. IWAG reserves the right to verify minor-adult relationships with additional documentation.
Custom event platform and a payment-rail first
Rather than using a third-party convention platform, IWAG built its own event-management system internally called Community, which now powers registration, badge issuance, and pass tracking. The organisers also report being the first regional furry convention to accept both international card payments and QRIS, Indonesia's national QR payment standard, through that platform, which has been the practical lever for growing past the regional cash-and-local-bank-transfer pattern that limited earlier Indonesian furmeets.
