Futrołajki 2026 is scheduled for Nov 11-15, 2026 in Kielce, Poland. The announced theme is Apocalypse (Sci-Fi).
Futrołajki is a furry convention held in Kielce, Poland. Founded in 2021 as an add-on to a St. Nicholas-season fursuit walk, it has grown rapidly to become the largest furry convention in Poland. The convention runs bilingually in Polish and English at the Grand Hotel Kielce.
Futrołajki returns November 11-15, 2026 at the Grand Hotel Kielce with a Sci-Fi theme, the 6th edition officially titled "Futrołajki: Apocalypse." Registration opens on 24 May 2026 at 20:00 CEST.
Ticket pricing for 2026 had not been published at the time of writing; check the official site once registration opens for current rates and room packages.
Futrołajki has become Poland's flagship furry gathering, and its bilingual Polish/English programming makes it accessible to international visitors as well as the home crowd. The convention pairs a full-week run with a strong charitable streak: its 2025 edition raised over 16,000 PLN for an animal shelter. For furries in Central and Eastern Europe, it is the standout destination of the late-autumn calendar.

Built on FoxCons, the platform the same team also ships
Most furry conventions buy their registration, badge, and hotel allocation tooling from a third party, Convention Master, Showclix, Eventbrite. Futrołajki runs on FoxCons, an in-house convention-management platform developed by Stowarzyszenie Foxcons, the same Polish nonprofit that organises the convention. The platform is multi-tenant: alongside Futrołajki it powers registration, CFP, and shop for other Polish furry events including vRowe Futra (vrowefutra.pl), Furpile, and OWO. That puts Futrołajki in a rare class of cons whose organising body ships a productised platform back to its regional community rather than depending on an off-the-shelf vendor.
Filantrop tier opens the hotel queue six days before everyone else
The 2026 Filantrop (Philanthropist) accreditation tier unlocks hotel reservations on 15 June, six days ahead of the 21 June general-public opening. The earlier access is queue priority only, not a guaranteed Grand Hotel room: a Filantrop attendee in the 15 June queue can still end up at Qubus, B&B Kielce, or Hotel Sill if Grand inventory clears before their turn. The mechanic codifies "pay more for a head start, not a result", which is rare among furry-con sponsor tiers that usually attach a guaranteed room category.
Four-property hotel block, with breakfast split across them
The 2026 lodging block spans four Kielce properties, Grand Hotel Kielce (main venue), Qubus, B&B Kielce, and Hotel Sill as overflow. Breakfast is bundled at Grand, Qubus, and B&B but is paid separately at Sill, so the overflow tier carries a hidden cost the others do not. Payments route through Przelewy24 with PayPo instalments available to Polish residents, and accreditation is online-only, no walk-in sales.
