Furcan is a Mexican furry convention held in Puebla at the Wyndham Puebla Angelopolis, running since 2018. Organized by the local group Furros Puebla, it is Mexico's second major furry convention after Confuror and uses a freemium model: free general admission plus three paid tiers sold via Google Form.
For its July 10-12, 2026 edition at the Wyndham Puebla Angelopolis, Furcan adopts the "Choque de Mundos" (Clash of Worlds) theme, a time-travel story that splits attendees into past-team and future-team factions at registration.
The 2026 package ladder, sold through a Google Form rather than a payment gateway, runs Caverna ($650 MXN, prehistoric tier), Máquina del Tiempo ($1,100 MXN), and Año 5000 ($1,700 MXN, future tier). General admission to the convention floor stays free. After registering, attendees receive payment instructions by email and can contact the @FURCANCITO Telegram bot for support.

For wider flight options, Mexico City International Airport (MEX) is the main gateway, with bus connections from MEX to Puebla taking roughly 2 hours. ADO, Estrella Roja, and Futura bus lines operate frequent departures between Mexico City and Puebla, with one-way tickets around $250 to $400 MXN.

Attendees who want city-center access instead can stay in Puebla's historic Centro Histórico district, where options like the NH Puebla Centro Histórico and budget lodging near the Zócalo put restaurants, shops, and colonial architecture within walking distance, with the venue about 15-20 minutes by rideshare.
Furcan 2025 ran the "Spies and Casinos" theme and is documented in MDX as a December 1-4 event at 768 attendees raising funds for Rufo A.C. Protección Animal. (Some community references quote a July 2025 date instead; this is flagged for re-verification on the next research sweep.) The 2025 edition also introduced an adults-only "Misión Cabaret" tier with unlimited-cocktail access that does not return in the 2026 family-friendly lineup.
