Saitama de Seisaku Off (さいたまde制作オフ) is a monthly work meet where people build fursuits side by side in a rented meeting room in Saitama. The organizer, kuDo of the workshop D.R.C, holds it at the Saitama City Sangyo Bunka Center, the same building that hosts the Mini-mofu fursuit meets.
Session 11 is on Saturday, November 21, 2026, and session 12 runs over two days on December 26 and 27, 2026. Each session has about 15 places.
Session 11 runs from 09:00 to 20:00, when everyone packs up and cleans the room, and you can come and go whenever you like. Attendees say in their sign-up what they will work on, such as a head, hands or feet, and visitors who only want to watch are welcome as long as they do not interrupt. The organizer answers making questions when it can, but asks people not to interrupt during sewing or clipping, conversations or meals.
For first-time makers, the listing suggests starting with a head and gives a kit list: a design drawn front, side and back on paper, 2 cm and 1 cm urethane foam, contact glue, fine cutters, round-tip scissors, white and black markers and pens, clips, drawing paper and a cutting mat. For body or design tape moulds, write "型取り希望" in your sign-up and bring cling wrap or a disposable suit, packing tape and sports underwear; a full body mould takes 30 minutes to an hour.
Each session has its own TwiPla listing for sign-ups, for example the session 11 listing, using the comment template. The fee is 1,000 yen. Ask the organizer if you only want to visit.
The Saitama City Sangyo Bunka Center is at 5-4-3 Shimo-Ochiai, Chuo-ku, Saitama, a 7-minute walk from Yono Station on the Keihin-Tohoku Line or Yono-Hommachi Station on the Saikyo Line. The building's underground car park has no daily cap and a size limit, so the organizer suggests nearby car parks with a cap. A supermarket with a 100-yen shop and a home centre a five-minute drive away help with last-minute supplies.
Session 11 is on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 09:00 to 20:00.
No. The listing has a section for first-time makers with a kit list, and the organizer can look over your design if you bring it on paper.
