Mini-mofu (ミニもふ) is a small numbered fursuit meet in Saitama, run by the community group Tohoku Animal Family (TAF). The organizer keeps each edition to about 35 to 40 people so that attendees can spend the whole day talking and taking photos. Edition 24 runs on two days, December 5 and 6, 2026, with a separate registration for each day.

The meet runs from 10:15 to 19:30, and you may arrive and leave at any time in that window. The main room is a tatami room on the third floor, with separate men's and women's changing rooms and a photo booth room. The first-floor hall opens in the afternoon for the group photo, which the organizer schedules for 15:00. The December edition ends with a bingo game in the evening.
You can take your shoes off and sit or lie on the tatami, but suiters must clean their feet or wear indoor sandals. The organizer welcomes snacks and small props but not dangerous items or anything loud. Staff will also take time for individual fursuit photos if you want help with posing.
The fee is 1,000 yen per day, paid at reception on the day. Registration is in advance only, and there are no same-day places. Register on the TwiPla listing for day 1 or day 2 and fill in the comment template with your handle, gender and character. Both December 2026 days showed full lists when this guide was checked. Check the listings and the TAF X account for the current status before travelling.
Bringing a present for the bingo is optional. The organizer suggests about 1,000 yen, new and unopened, and bans perishables, age-restricted items and very large items.
The venue is Saitama City Sangyo Bunka Center, 〒338-0002 埼玉県さいたま市中央区下落合5-4-3. The organizer gives a seven-minute walk from Yonohommachi Station on the JR Saikyo Line. The venue's own site adds Yono Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, a 15-minute walk from its west exit. A 24-hour supermarket is about five minutes away on foot for lunch.
