Rhode Island Furbowl

Rhode Island Furbowl

Rhode Island Furbowl is a monthly furry bowling meet at East Providence Lanes, run by the RI Furs community. It has been running for about 14 years and reached its 150th edition in May 2026. The next Rhode Island Furbowl is on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 6 pm.

What to Expect

Each Furbowl is an evening of bowling and hanging out with local furries. When you arrive, go inside, pass the front desk and head left towards Lane 1, where the group has a sign-in table. Please share lanes, with four to six people per lane, so everyone gets to bowl. If you do not want to bowl, you can still come for a lower price and spend the evening with the group.

Some months add a theme, such as "Red, White & Blue" in July 2026 or a toy drive for Toys for Tots in December 2025. On some dates there is also an optional park meet at Slater Memorial Park in Pawtucket in the afternoon before the bowling. There is no park meet before the November 7 Furbowl.

Anyone under 16 must come with a parent or legal guardian, who has to stay at the meet the whole time.

How to Get Tickets

There are no advance tickets. You pay at the sign-in table: USD 2 to attend, or USD 18 if you are bowling, which covers the lanes and shoe rental. Special editions can cost more, as Furbowl 150 did, so read the announcement for each date.

How to Get There

East Providence Lanes is at 80 Newport Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island. The date usually falls on the first Saturday of the month, but the alley's own tournaments sometimes move it or skip a month. Check the RI Furs events channel or the RI Furbowl Bluesky before you travel.
