The sauna-and-river-jump barge format, written into the CoC
The single most identity-defining fact about FurryEST. The Rules of Conduct devotes a whole `## Sauna and Swimming` section to the sauna + cold-river-jump + hot-tub deck stack that defines the venue:
Live attendee directory: every paid registrant published
FurryEST publishes a live `/attendees` directory listing every paid registrant by badge image, nickname, country, species, and sponsor star, mid-cycle 2026 showed 179 attendees and 45 sponsors visible publicly. The roster is structurally part of the registration funnel rather than an opt-in afterthought, sponsorship at €30-40 buys a literal star next to your name.
18+ floor enforced by Day 1 with EU ID at check-in, stricter than most peers
FurryEST's 18+ rule requires attendees to be 18 by Day 1 of the convention, not just by some point during the year, and EU ID card or passport is checked at registration. Many peer events accept turning 18 on any day of the con; FurryEST does not. Midnight-7am curfew is enforced in all sleeping areas including the tent zone.
