The Copenhagen Spring Furdance is Denmark's first standalone furdance. Organized by the Copenhagen Furry Club, the inaugural edition took over La Boucherie, a cocktail bar and nightclub in central Copenhagen, on April 9, 2026. The furdance anchors a four-day Copenhagen furry weekend: Thursday furdance, Friday Bar, Saturday Copenhagen Furmeet special edition, and Sunday Fluffytales Happenings furwalk.
La Boucherie is exclusively booked for the event. Expect a bar, lounge area, fursuit lounge, and central dance floor with multiple furry DJ sets. The venue is intimate, with capacity around 100, which creates a personal atmosphere for Denmark's furry community and the international guests Copenhagen Furry Club draws in (the club reported attendees from 19 countries across its 2026 event slate).
Copenhagen Furry Club's terms say attendees must be at least 18 years old for the entire time they attend its events. The dress code prompt from the organizers is to "bring your best vibes and most colourful outfit."
Check furdance.copenhagenfurryclub.dk for registration and ticket information. Ticket pricing and the 2027 edition date have not been announced as of June 2026.
La Boucherie is at Vestergade 10, 1456 København K, next to Rådhuspladsen (City Hall Square). It is a four-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station and accessible by S-train, Metro, and bus, making it one of the most transit-friendly furdance venues in Europe.
The furdance is the Thursday anchor of a four-day Copenhagen weekend that the local community schedules around it:
Fluffytales is a separate Danish furwalk-organizing collective, so the weekend is a multi-org collaboration rather than a single-promoter stack.
Yes. Copenhagen Furry Club's terms say attendees must be at least 18 years old for the entire time they attend its events.
No documented operational connection. NordicFuzzCon 2026 ran March 4-8 in Malmö, Sweden, 32 days before this furdance in Copenhagen. Neither the Copenhagen Furry Club site nor the NordicFuzzCon site cross-promotes the other; both are Nordic furry events but they run independently.
Friday: Friday Bar. Saturday: Copenhagen Furmeet special edition. Sunday: Fluffytales Happenings furwalk. The furdance launches a four-day weekend of Copenhagen furry activities.
Copenhagen Furry Club, a Danish non-profit volunteer association (CVR 45479498). The club also runs the Copenhagen Saunagus Experience and Copenhagen Furry Tour. Its published mission explicitly includes fundraising for animal charities alongside community-building.
