By air: The nearest major airports are Aarhus (AAR) and, further out, Aalborg (AAL) and Copenhagen (CPH); Grenå sits on the Djursland peninsula in eastern Jutland.
By car: Djursland is reached by road from the Aarhus area. The convention organizes pickups from Grenå, so coordinate arrival via the official channels once you've registered.
By transit: Train and bus connections serve Grenå from Aarhus; the final stretch to the camp is best arranged through the convention's organized pickup.
Lodging is part of the convention. The ticket includes your sleeping space, either a spot in a common room or room for your own tent, so there is no separate hotel to book; the camp itself is your stay for the week. In 2026 that ticket was 1,300 DKK, with a place in a four-person room at +300 DKK per person for attendees who want a little more comfort, and sponsor add-ons on top.
