The Augsburger Furrytram is a party ride for furries on a chartered tram that tours Augsburg for several hours on an autumn evening. Münchner Furs e.V. organises the ride, which is limited to registered guests aged 18 and over. The 2026 ride is on Saturday, November 28, 2026.
The tram is reserved for the group and spends about four hours on a loop through the city, with fursuiters and non-suiters celebrating on board. Snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included while supplies last, along with the warm Leberkäse, potato salad and pretzels the ride has served in past years. For 2026 the organizers trimmed the catering a little to keep the ticket affordable. There is no boarding during the ride, only at the planned break stops, and the tram leaves on time.
Tickets are sold through the Münchner Furs registration system, linked from the official Furrytram page, on a first-come, first-served basis. The 2026 ride has 85 places, and at most 45 of them can go to people in fursuit, so say whether you are suiting when you register. A regular ticket costs 75 euros and includes a tram access badge with lanyard plus snacks and drinks on board; the 65 euro early-bird ticket is no longer available. You must be 18 or older. It is a closed event, so you cannot ride without registering, and further details are shared in the Furrytram Telegram group.
For 2026 the tram departs from behind the tram depot near Schülestraße 4 in Augsburg. Check-in to collect your badge closes at 16:00, and the organizers ask you to arrive by 15:30; without a badge you cannot board. The tram leaves at around 16:30 and does not wait for latecomers. The exact meeting point is announced by Telegram and email before the ride.
