The Aalball is a furry bar meet in Aalborg, Denmark, organized by local furs at Studenterhuset. The first Aalball is on Saturday, November 28, 2026, and it starts with a walk through the Aalborg Christmas market outside the venue.
The group meets at the Christmas market at 17:30, and fursuiters and people without a suit are invited to join the walk. At 19:00 the group takes a photo, and then Studenterhuset opens its main concert hall for the bar meet. Inside there is a bar with drinks with and without alcohol, a small stage with music and space to sit and talk. It is meant as a social, relaxed evening, with group photos along the way. You may wear a fursuit, though the evening centres on meeting people.
Sign up through the sign-up form first, so the organizers know how many people to expect. They have not announced an entry fee or drink prices. The bar meet inside Studenterhuset is for guests aged 18 and over because of the bar.
Studenterhuset is at Gammeltorv 10, 9000 Aalborg, on Budolfi Square. The Christmas market meeting point is right outside the venue.
The bar meet inside Studenterhuset is 18+. Events for younger furs may come later, as the organizers say they are considering them.
