Uppsala Furry Förening (UFF) is a non-profit furry association in Uppsala, Sweden. It says it began in 2024 as a group of furry friends who got together to give something back to the local furry community, and it runs events from small meet-ups to bigger parties. Its mascot is Aros the lion.
This page covers the UFF parties that sell public tickets, such as the UFF Summer Fest and GROWLOWEEN.
The next party is GROWLOWEEN 2026, the first UFF Halloween party. It runs from 16:00 on Saturday 7 November 2026 to 02:00. UFF lists drinks in its Lejon Bar, a costume competition with one category for fursuiters in costume and one for non-fursuit costumes, karaoke, and a dance floor later in the evening.
The UFF Summer Fest on 11 July 2026 ran from 16:00 to 03:00 at Bälinge byggdegård, with a pub, a dance floor and a quiet room. Snacks and alcohol-free drinks were free, and the pub sold alcohol at the same price as Systembolaget.
UFF sells tickets through its own shop at tickets.uppsalafurry.se. For GROWLOWEEN 2026 the attendance ticket costs 225 SEK, the sponsor ticket 450 SEK with an exclusive sponsor gift, and a single gold sponsor ticket 666 SEK with a your-character-here drawing. A pin (40 SEK) and a T-shirt (300 SEK) were offered as add-ons.
At check-in UFF scans a QR code from your ticket, and for the Summer Fest it asked attendees to bring a valid ID or passport.
GROWLOWEEN 2026 is at Grafikgatan 26B, 754 54 Uppsala, a new venue for UFF whose name is not given on the ticket page.
The Summer Fest venue, Bälinge byggdegård at Kyrkstigen 1, 743 82 Bälinge, is about 25 minutes from Uppsala central station on bus 111 to the Prebendevägen stop, according to UFF. That venue does not allow overnight stays.
