Hot Paws BBQ

Hot Paws BBQ

Hot Paws BBQ is a furry picnic and grill party in Lužánky park in Brno, run by the local group Brněnské Tlapky. The first one took place on Saturday, September 19, 2026. A second picnic is not on the calendar yet.

What to Expect

The 2026 picnic met at 10:00 at the grill point in Lužánky park, and the grills were lit at 10:30. Attendees brought a blanket, snacks, drinks and whatever they wanted to grill, such as meat, cheese, tofu or vegetables. The organizers supplied ketchup, mustard, plates and bread. The grills were cleaned at 14:30, and at 15:00 the group left together for an afterparty.

How to Get Tickets

The picnic itself was free, with a 50 CZK grill fee paid on site. You registered on the Brněnské Tlapky website. The afterparty, Hot Paws After, was a separate registration for 100 CZK with 35 places. The organizer's two event texts disagree on the grill: the picnic page says an afterparty registration covered the grill, while the afterparty page says the two were paid separately. Watch the website and the Brněnské Tlapky info channel for the next picnic.
