FurJAM
FurJAM is Australia's oldest and largest standalone furry social event. Running annually in Sydney's Parramatta area since 2007, it is a weekend of socializing that deliberately avoids the convention format. No panels, no dealers, no badges. Just a Friday club night, Saturday BBQ and party, and Sunday bar gathering.
What to Expect
FurJAM spans a full weekend with three distinct events:
- Friday: Club night at Club Parramatta (18+, no fursuits). Music and socializing.
- Saturday daytime: BBQ at Parramatta Park (all ages, families welcome, fursuits welcome). Casual outdoor social.
- Saturday evening: Club night at Club Parramatta (18+, fursuits allowed).
- Sunday: Bar gathering at Bar30 in ParkRoyal Hotel (18+). Chill wind-down.

Parramatta is in western Sydney, accessible by train from Sydney Central (30 minutes via T1 Western Line). Club Parramatta is at 2 Macquarie St. Parramatta Park is walkable from the station.
