Triad Furs Meetup

Triad Furs Meetup

Triad Furs is a furry community group for Greensboro and the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. It organizes several outings a month, from craft days and game nights to parades and charity walks. The group welcomes artists, fursuiters, cosplayers and anyone else with an interest in animal characters. Upcoming outings in November 2026 include a visit to the Greensboro Renaissance Fair and a zoo trip.

What to Expect

Each outing is a different activity. From August to October 2026 the group held a crafting and gaming afternoon at the Kernersville Library, a buffet dinner night, a game night, a tie-dye and pumpkin painting craft day, and a corn maze outing called "Furries Of The Corn". The group also marched in the Greensboro Pride Festival and Parade and walked in the Greensboro ALS Walk.

Some outings have their own age limit, so read the event page before you RSVP.

How to Get Tickets

RSVP for each outing on the Triad Furs Meetup group. Many outings list no fee on Meetup, while some sessions charge, such as USD 15 for each October 2026 craft session. The group asks new members to answer the profile questions on Meetup honestly when they join.

How to Get There

The place changes with each outing and is given on the Meetup event page. Meets center on the Piedmont Triad area around Greensboro, with some outings in nearby towns such as Kernersville.
