Purple Clouds is a 4-day furry music festival in Hude, Lower Saxony. Unlike single-evening furdances, this is a full outdoor festival with camping, 20+ DJs and live acts, a sauna, whirlpool, and all-inclusive food and drinks. Organized by VzFaK e.V., it launched in 2025 and sold out its second edition in just three days.

The name comes from the experience of watching the purple sky at dawn after dancing all night.

What to Expect

The festival runs from Thursday (early arrival option) through Sunday night, with cleanup on Monday. Music spans rock, house, drum and bass, dubstep, techno, trance, and breakbeat, with 20+ DJs and live acts performing across the weekend.

All-inclusive means everything: brunch, dinner, Monday breakfast, all drinks, camping, and access to the sauna, whirlpool, and fursuit lounge with drying facilities. Six showers and unisex toilets are available. A giant fan is placed at the main stage for cooling.

Purple Clouds has a freedom of expression policy. Fursuits, pup hoods, and alternative attire are welcome. This is an 18+ event.

HS Lifestyle Club is at Bremer Strasse 24, 27798 Hude. Hude is about 30 km west of Bremen. The nearest major station is Bremen Hauptbahnhof, with regional trains to Hude.
