Pawske Party is an annual furry dance party in Oslo, held over the Easter holiday since 2023. Each edition so far has been one long day: daytime panels, a quiz, a furwalk and a Dealers Den, followed by DJs until about 01:00. It is run by a registered Norwegian voluntary association of the same name.
The fifth edition, on March 25-27, 2027, is the first one the organizers call a furry festival. It grows to three days, with activities around Oslo on Thursday and Saturday and the main party on Friday at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie.
The Friday party is the core of the weekend. Pawske Party bills the Friday as a day of events followed by the dance, with a Dealers Den, DJs, food and drink at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie. In 2026 the programme ran from an 11:30 door opening through a first-timers' talk, a quiz, a concert, the group photo and a furwalk, with DJ sets from 21:00.
For 2027 the organizers have announced Pawske Party's first Art Show, where artists exhibit on supplied tables and walls. The Art Show application asks exhibitors to cover any NSFW pieces during the show. The Thursday and Saturday activities have not been published yet. Earlier years used those days for a city walk, bowling, a relaxed meal at Vippa Street Food the day after the party, and a group trip to The Well spa.
Tickets for 2027 go on sale on Monday, January 18 at 17:00 through the official website. Prices for 2027 have not been announced. For reference, the 2026 normal ticket cost 400 NOK, with a 500 NOK late ticket in the final days before the party.
Every edition so far has sold out, usually in the final week before the party, and the organizers run a resale waiting list once tickets are gone. In past years extras such as the dinner buffet, bowling and the event t-shirt were booked together with the ticket and had their own earlier deadlines.
The Friday party is at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie, Bøkkerveien 15, 0579 Oslo, in the Løren area northeast of the city centre. The hotel is both the venue and the partner hotel, and past editions came with a discounted room rate booked through a link in the ticket confirmation email. In 2026 the organizers pointed attendees to Ruter for local public transport tickets, and suggested bus 60 from Hasle for the trip to the waterfront brunch the next day.
Thursday, March 25 to Saturday, March 27, 2027, over the Easter holiday in Oslo. The main party is on Friday, March 26.
Every edition from 2023 to 2026 had an age limit of 18, and attendees had to show photo ID at check-in. Terms for 2027 are not out yet, so check the official site before you buy.
Until 2026 it was a one-day dance party with a daytime programme. From 2027 the organizers call it a three-day furry festival, and the Friday party gains an Art Show alongside its Dealers Den.
Quality Hotel Hasle Linie, the Friday venue, has offered a discounted room rate to attendees in past years. Booking details have been sent in the ticket confirmation email, so watch for them after you buy.
