Iyokemo (いよけも) is a one-day fursuit meet in Ehime Prefecture on Shikoku, run by Ehime Kemono no Kai (愛媛ケモノの会). Each edition is a day of fursuiting, photos and small activities in a public hall.
Ozu hosted the April 2026 debut, and the October 2026 edition moved to Matsuyama Civic Hall. After the second edition, the organizer said a next edition is being considered, with no details yet.
At the second edition, fursuiters and general attendees registered at 09:30 in the small hall, and the day ran to 17:00, with changing rooms closing at 16:30. The programme had a fursuit dance stage at 11:00, the group photo at 11:30 and an Ehime quiz with small prizes at 14:00. Two attendees planned to bring a dartboard and a golf game set, and the rest of the day was free for photos and relaxing. Separate men's and women's changing rooms were provided, plus a tatami room set aside for resting.
Registration is on the organizer's TwiPla page, ehimekemono, where each edition has its own listing. At the second edition the fee was 2,500 yen for general and fursuit attendees alike, paid at reception on the day with exact change requested, with 40 places. The organizer kept a few places for the day but asked people to register on TwiPla.
The venue changes between editions, so check the next listing. The second edition used the small hall of Matsuyama Civic Hall in Matsuyama, which has a car park of about 40 spaces, first come first served. The first edition used the Yamato Community Center in Ozu, a 10-minute walk from Iyo-Izushi Station on the JR Yosan Line.
No date has been announced yet. The first two editions ran six months apart, in April and October 2026, and the organizer said after the second one that a next edition is under consideration.
