FurroFest

FurroFest

FurroFest is a series of themed furry meets from Mexico City. Since 2023 it has run park days, a paintball afternoon, a rage room meet and a two-day trip to Veracruz, each with a different theme and venue. The group describes itself as a Mexico City furmeet with a social cause. The next edition is not dated yet.

What to Expect

Each FurroFest has a theme and planned activities. The first park meets had a Just Dance contest, a roller skate race in fursuit and games with prizes. Later editions moved to activity venues, such as a paintball field and a rage room where attendees could break appliances and a car. Sales were not allowed at the first meet, and artists could only hand over work arranged in advance.

How to Get Tickets

The first meets were in public parks, and their posts do not mention an entry fee. Later editions used a registration form; for Episodio I, the organizers messaged registered people about payment and then sent tickets. The registration link for each edition is posted on the FurroFest Telegram channel.

How to Get There

The venue changes every time. Past editions were at Viveros de Coyoacán, BioParque San Antonio, the Bosque de Chapultepec, Gotcha Osos near Metro Mixiuhca and BreakOut San Ángel on Avenida Revolución. The announcements name the venue, and several also name the nearest Metro station.
