Furdance Budapest is a singular success story in the European furry scene. What started as a one-night furdance at Trafik Club in September 2018 has evolved into Hungary's largest international furry convention, now spanning 3 days with art shows, panels, dance contests, and evening DJ parties.
The 2026 edition runs September 11 to 13 at the Csokonai Cultural Center in Budapest. Programming includes an Art Show, Fursuit Gameshow, Quiz Show, Karaoke, Fursuit Walk, Dance Contest, and evening DJ parties. The event has grown well beyond its furdance origins into a full convention format while keeping dance and nightlife at its core.
Registration opens March 25 and closes August 9, 2026. Check furdance.hu for pricing and registration details.

It started as a furdance but has evolved into a 3-day convention with diverse programming. The name "Furdance" remains from its origins. Evening DJ parties and dance events are still central to the experience.
Registration opens March 25 and closes August 9, 2026.
Quarterly furry meets run by the same team, held at VR the Magic Experience center in Monor near Budapest. Activities include board games, consoles, jacuzzi, and sauna.
