FurcoNZ Hotel was an 18+ furry hotel weekend in Auckland, New Zealand, held at the Holiday Inn Auckland Airport in 2024 and 2025. It is the adult hotel programme of FurcoNZ and is separate from the organization's residential FurcoNZ Camp in Ōtaki. FurcoNZ has named Camp 2027 as its next convention, and no new Hotel edition is announced.
FurcoNZ Hotel kept accommodation, panels, social programming and late-night activity in one hotel. The official 2024 announcement described a programme of panels and activities across the weekend, and the 2024 report counted 109 fursuits in the parade. Because no new Hotel edition is announced, treat this page as a record of the format rather than a promise of a future edition.
No Hotel edition is on sale. Both past editions were 18+. For the next FurcoNZ event, see the FurcoNZ Camp page, which runs May 14-17, 2027 at Forest Lakes in Ōtaki. Check the official FurcoNZ Hotel series and FurcoNZ organizer page for any new Hotel date.
The Hotel venue was Holiday Inn Auckland Airport at 2 Ascot Road, Māngere, Auckland 2022. The official 2024 event page described a regular airport bus and on-site parking for attendees travelling by road. The hotel itself was the main place to stay for both editions.
