BARQ is a furry social network run by the Netherlands-based non-profit BARQ Foundation. It combines profiles and chats with interest groups, events, convention features, and discovery of people nearby. Official iOS and Android listings were live when checked, alongside a web beta.
Age and privacy
BARQ's terms require every user to be at least 18. Adult content can exist in designated parts of the service and is disabled by default, but this is still an adults-only platform.
Nearby discovery and linked social accounts can reveal more than you intend. Review location precision, audience, and account-link settings before completing a profile; meet new contacts in a public place and tell someone where you are going.
Current status
The app, current terms, and both official store listings were live on 27 July 2026. Check the latest release notes, terms, and store information rather than treating a directory listing as an endorsement.
